Finals is upon Georgia Tech and the signs are everywhere.

I went to the gym on Sunday and there was a girl running on the treadmill going over notes.

On Monday the weather warmed up so there were several people sunbathing in the quad -- studying.

And yesterday, I returned from my Kinetics final just to begin studying for my Transport final. But then I got really sleepy (the Kinetics final was at 8 am) and took a two hour nap, which once again made me remember why I don't nap because my brain was gone for the rest of the day and I couldn't get a single Transport problem right.

In an interesting development, last night Laura was talking about the guy known around campus as "The Troll". Apparently he looks like a troll and is a typical Georgia Tech stalker in that he'll come up to girls and start bugging them without having any acquaintance with them at all. To this, Catherine chimed in that she had seen him recently, and boy does he look like a troll. So Laura started describing him and I realized who he was. When my female stalker was first creeping me out in the computer lab by calling me a superhero this was the guy she was telling it to.

Ironic they're in league together.

I'm amused every time I find out she weirds out other people. The last time Karen's Ben was over here he was talking about that really annoying ChemE girl who talks all the time and annoys the teachers and I knew exactly who he meant! It was like when I was first starting to realize who the girl was, in Thermo I, and connecting the dots that she complained about her grades a lot and seemed not to understand a lot, and when the TA emailed us at the end of the semester very snippily about "No one'd better come complain about their grades or I'll take points off!" and one of my ChemE friends said, "You know he's only talking about one specific person, right?"

New Lost tonight. I realized in the shower that I should call my Dad today to talk about his trip out here tomorrow, both because I was planning on calling but also because Dad has the unerring ability to call during Lost or Alias. I don't think Locke gets shot in the current episode (I'm betting that scene from the commerical was a backflash to how he was put in a wheelchair) but I'm worried because I like Locke.
