Karen and I went to see Date Movie last night because I thought it looked funny, and it was. Interspersed with horribly gross parts. And short too, probably only an hour and fifteen minutes. We think two couples walked out of the theatre during the movie. Oh well. It was an adventure. Particularly the parking lot. I've never seen so many crazy drivers in a parking lot, and most were in horribly expensive shiny cars. You'd think they'd be careful to try and keep their horribly expensive shiny cars from harm, but it seems like it's teenage boy syndrome and they all want to show off what giant idiots they are. Karen was surprised because it was the first time she's driven with me that I've yelled that much (I do that plenty when I'm alone, I guess, 'cause I didn't think it was new).
Today my design group is meeting again because our Phase II report is due on the 6th of March. We're almost all done with the math and stuff, which is good. That just leaves the writing, which we've gathered doesn't matter much, especially since we got the highest grade in the class on our Phase I report, and we slapped that sucker together without any attention to the quality of the text.
Last night we went to a little ice cream place on Piedmont that has specialty ice creams, like Little Debbie Oatmeal Pie ice cream, but the place had a strange penchant for putting cereal in their ice creams which I found odd. I got a half scoop of brown sugar vanilla and a half scoop of amaretto cappuccino, which were both quite good, but for three bucks I'd rather buy a half gallon at the grocery store.
Time to leave for design. That class is consuming my life, but that's what they told me to expect.
