50 Percent Average

In Kinetics today the professor announced the results of our test Monday. Well, she said, the average was a 25.

Everyone sat perfectly still and in complete silence for about five seconds as that sunk in.

"Out of 51," amends the teacher.

Ohh! Well, good. 50% average is much more logical.

Besides printing stuff and getting lost trying to find the computer lab in the building I do research in (it would have really helped if the website didn't say it was in room 2325 when it's in some closet by 1155 on a totally different floor) today was not exciting. Class, class, class, getting glasses adjusted by a very helpful guy in the campus glasses store, checking my mail (got my taxes, refund upcoming, woo hoo!).

Tonight Becky, Laura, and I went to Michael's to get supplies for the door decorating contest that's going on in our hall. We got felt, tissue paper, pipe cleaners, stickers, ribbon, and construction paper, which should enable us to make a very good display of hills in springtime with our mascot on a swing reading an Anatomy book.

This weekend I have to study for Transport a lot. That's the class people say has all right homework, but then the tests are killer. And I have a C homework average right now, so that doesn't bode well for tests. That class is weird because the TA is someone I see in research every time I go. It's weird to know your TAs. Normally because the TAs are incompetent. The ones for my Thermo classes have been absolutely horrendous. Luckily those are over.

Sleepy. I've been tired all week, and have been having odd dreams, too, though I can't remember any but that Gilmore Girl one.
